What happens when you visit

When you open a page, your browser transmits technically necessary information to our server. This is stored in a log file:

  • IP address
  • date and time of access
  • page accessed
  • referring page, if any
  • browser and operating system identifier

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are not combined with other data and are deleted after a short period.

No cookies, no tracking

We set no cookies. No analytics services, advertising networks, social media components or external fonts are used. All components of this page are loaded from our own server — so your visit becomes known nowhere else.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, e-mail and/or phone, subject, message) as well as your IP address in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

The details are stored on our own server in Europe and forwarded to our e-mail address. We keep them for as long as necessary to handle the matter and to meet statutory retention obligations. They are not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

Please do not send us health data via the form or by e-mail. Ordinary e-mail is not encrypted. Call us instead — we will discuss health matters by phone.

If you write or call

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data of our clients

For care we process health data. This does not happen via this website but in our protected care documentation. The basis is the care contract, statutory documentation obligations and Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR.

This data is held on servers in Europe, backed up with encryption, and every access is logged. It is not used for advertising and not passed to third parties, except where necessary for care (for example to your doctor) or where we are legally obliged to do so. All staff are bound to confidentiality.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and the right to object to processing. Please contact the address above.

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg.

Changes

If our offering changes, we will adapt this statement. The version published here applies.
