About us

Three words we want to be judged by

They stand in our logo, and they are not advertising but a yardstick: Care. Connection. Trust.

Care

Professionally sound, to recognised standards, by people with the right training. Services prescribed by a doctor are carried out exclusively by qualified nurses — not because a rule demands it, but because it concerns your health.

Connection

Between you and your carer. Between us and your family. Between the morning and the evening shift. And between us and your doctor. Care succeeds where information is not lost.

Trust

We come into your home and close to your body. That is not something to take for granted. Trust grows from reliability — the same faces, times kept, and honest answers even when they are uncomfortable.

How we work

Home care only works if it is reliable. That is why we have committed to a few principles we do not depart from.

A named team, not a rota lottery

A small, fixed team is responsible for you. Someone who knows you notices when something is different — and that sometimes saves more than any measurement.

Everything is documented

Every visit, every observation, every dressing change is recorded. For you, for the next shift and for your doctor. It takes effort — and it is why nothing slips through with us.

Your data stays yours

Health data is among the most sensitive there is. Our documentation runs on our own servers in Europe, backed up with encryption and with logged access. None of it goes to advertising networks or outside analytics services.

The team

The people who come to you

Our team consists of qualified nurses (infirmiers), care assistants (aides-soignants) and colleagues for companionship and household support. Multilingual — Luxembourgish, German, French, English and Portuguese are part of our everyday work.

Your team presentation belongs here. Photographs and short introductions of the carers build more trust than any advertising text — people want to know who will be coming into their home.

Get to know us

Best of all in a conversation at your home — where the care will later take place.
