Nursing the way you were trained to
Most people do not leave nursing because of the work, but because of the conditions: rounds that never add up. Documentation left over in the evening. And the feeling of never being finished. That is what we work on.
What is different here
Rounds that add up
We plan with realistic travel times. A round that only works on paper is not planning but an imposition.
Documentation on the move
Recorded directly at the visit — on the phone, even without a signal. No pile of paper waiting at the office in the evening.
Rota in advance
You should be able to plan your life. Short-notice changes always happen in nursing — with us they are the exception.
Your qualification counts
What a nurse must do, a nurse does here. Nobody is pushed into tasks their training does not cover.
Small team, short paths
You reach the management directly. Problems get discussed, not administered.
Under the CCT SAS
Pay and working conditions follow the collective agreement of the social and health sector.
Who we are looking for
We welcome applications from people with the following qualifications — speculative ones too, when no post is currently advertised.
Infirmier / Infirmière
Qualified nurse with a diploma recognised in Luxembourg and authorisation to practise from the Ministry of Health. You take on nursing care, wound management and professional responsibility on your rounds.
Aide-soignant(e)
Care assistant with recognised training. You provide personal care, support mobilisation and are often the person closest to a client.
Companionship and household
For support hours and household help. More important than a certificate are reliability, patience and enjoying being with people.
Speculative application
You do not fit any of these categories but would like to work with us? Write anyway. We always find room for good people.
Languages: you should speak Luxembourgish, German or French — our clients do not all speak the same language. Further languages are an advantage here, never a problem.
How to apply
Without a marathon of forms. Send us a short message with your CV — we will discuss the rest in person.
