For the first conversation it helps to have the following at hand. If something is missing, that is no obstacle — we sort it out together.
- Social security number (matricule)
- Current list of medication
- Medical prescriptions, if any
- Decision of the care insurance, if already issued
- Names and numbers of treating doctors
- A contact person in the family
